Returns

If you receive a damaged item due to shipping. Please contact us adn we will refund or send you a new item.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your new item being shipped or a refund after inspecting the item.

If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us for further assistance. You will be responsible for any price difference and applicable shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as needed.

Lost or Stolen Items

Pink Formula is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you have concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier and file a report.
